As of the 1st of October 2023, this product is a reportable substance in accordance with The Control of Explosives Precursors and Poisons Regulations 2023. This applies to all Sodium Hypochlorite solutions above 6% available chlorine.
Sodium Hypochlorite can be used for water purification, surface purification, bleaching, odour removal and water disinfection. It is widely regarded as the best patio cleaner chemical on the market.
Sodium Hypochlorite solution is used for more stubborn stains as it has an extra-strength solution. It may be diluted with up to 5 parts water and 1 part Sodium Hypochlorite 15%.

Directions to use
1. Sweep and wash the surface to remove any debris.
2. Dilute 1 part sodium hypochlorite with 5 parts water. If needed, the dilution ratio can be increased up to 1:3.
3. Apply the solution and wait 45 minutes
4. Wash away with a pressure washer or a hose.
Important note - Caps:
We are currently using caps from a new supplier. These caps are very secure however, if you have any difficulty removing them, please follow the steps below:
1. Remove the tamper-evident seal by pulling it upwards over the top of the cap
2. Use a cloth or a glove for extra grip and twist the cap
Sodium Hypochlorite + Softwash Surfactant
Liquipak SoftWash Surfactant is formulated to be combined with a Sodium Hypochlorite solution. This product features a water-based, highly soapy, and bleach-safe formula. When mixed with Sodium Hypochlorite, it boosts the cleaning efficacy by improving dwell time and minimizing runoff. For optimal results, it should be diluted at a ratio of 1 part Soft Wash Surfactant to 50 parts Sodium Hypochlorite mixture, equating to 500ml per 25 liters of Sodium Hypochlorite mixture.

After use, discard safely any unused solution. Add a little detergent and some warm (not hot) water to the sprayer and spray some of the contents through. Repeat with cold water. Check that the nozzle and the grooves in the nozzle spindle are free from sediment.

Important notes
- This product is not for use on lawns, flowerbeds, vegetable plots or around trees and shrubs.
- Keep people and pets away from the treated area until it has been thoroughly rinsed with clean water and is fully dry.
Operating with the product, the following precautions should be taken:
When using chemicals, protective clothing such as gloves, goggles, boots and overalls should be worn.
Adequate ventilation is required when using chemicals in confined spaces.
When using flammable materials; cigarettes, naked flames and other sources of ignition should be carefully controlled.
When diluting acids, always add acid to water and not water to acid.
Before undertaking any cleaning operation, a trial should be carried out on a small, preferably inconspicuous area, to determine the effect of the chemicals before treating a large area.

P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for serval minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

I didn't even know these slabs were alternate colours before I started.
An initial power wash took enough grime off to show they were chequered patterned. I then used Sodium Hypo which took 95% if the deep ingrained dirt off.
I opted to use Blackspot Remover for the stubborn stuff. It was completely removing it from slabs while I was still spraying the rest. The picture tells it all.

This product is amazing and highly recommended! This has been washed by a pressure washer after and I finished the whole bottle, but the black stuff are so much easier to wash with it though.

Perfect Product
Sandstone slabs were still grubby looking even after pressure washing. Those stubborn black and white spots wouldn't lift. Tried this and it's brought them up like new, well impressed!!

Great product and service for over years spending hundreds per month, recently started shipping with Evri which is awful - 3 leaking boxes (6x5L tubs total) of sodium hypochlorite on separate occasions,m by these cowboys and most recent order still missing 6 x 5l tubs of sodium hypochlorite after 10 days. Will switch supplier unless they can use reliable courier again.

Have been using Sodium Hypochlorite now for 3 years.I use it neat on Slabs on my Drive and Garden 3ft x 2ft Slabs.I use a sprayer and 5 litres at a time, I use it neat keeping it away from flowers and bushes.Within 2 / 3 hours on a warm day the slabs come back to brand new finish.I also use it on stubborn weeds.Normally I use it twice a year to keep the slabs looking new, spring and autumn.
Working in the cleaning industry I use this product all the time and this site sells it for a good price it does an amazing job just be safe using it and follow manufacturer guidelines

I have 26 m of fencing that has the silver patina on it. It was starting to look shabby. I watched a few videos on YouTube and decided to have a go myself. Well!! what a transformation. you can see it working in front of your eyes. I used a 1 to 5 mix and did two passes with the solution. Really good results, it looks like new wood. Once it had dried out, I sprayed it with water seal. very happy with the result guys.
Honestly Liquipak, your product was such good value I thought hey why not I may as well sort the slabs out… it worked so well I then thought I’ll crack on with the rest of the garden! My only complaint 🤣
Purchased this item specifically to clean my patio. Black spot and green mould removed well bringing the slabs back to original colour
Bought this for our Forus stone benches outside as over the years they have lost the colours and looked a bit grey/green. Having tried other products I was a bit doubtful this would work. How wrong I was. This is by far the best cleaner I have come across. After the first wash the colours were already there. Me being me gave it another longer go and the results are great. I have even cleaned our raised stone beds which also brought some colours back. I would recommend this cleaner anytime.
Use Sodium Hypochlorite on my sandstone Patio and they are like new within 3 hours. I used 50/50 as there was loads of green on them (wish I’d taken a picture) now just like new.

I mixed this with 60% water, sprayed on half my driveway and forgot about it, next couple of days there was a very noticeable drifference to the part that wasn’t treated, 👍
