Liquipak SoftWash Surfactant is formulated to mix with Sodium Hypochlorite solution.
This product is water-based, very soapy and bleach-safe formula.

Directions of use
Mix with Sodium Hypochlorite to boost its cleaning abilities; aiding dwell time and preserving runoff.
Dilute at a ratio of 1 part Soft Wash Surfactant to 50 parts Sodium Hypochlorite mixture (500ml per 25L of Sodium Hypochlorite mixture).
Hazards and Precautions
H315: Causes skin irritation.
H318: Causes serious eye damage.
H412: Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects
P102: Keep out of reach of children.
P262: Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing.
P280: Wear eye protection, face protection.
P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
P337+P313: If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
P303+P361+P353: IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower.

It's very difficult to tell what it does as I haven't used the Sodium Hypochlorite 14-15%| Patio Cleaner without it. As none of it really worked on the stone slabs it would seem it doesn't help. The concrete slabs came up fine but the concrete paths did not.
It would be a big help if there was some kind of none permenant dye in it so you can see where you have sprayed or would the bleech turn it white straight away.

Sodium Hypochlorite is used for more stubborn stains. The recommended dilution ratio is 5:1 however, the dilution ratio can be increased if needed.

The shelf life of Sodium Hypochlorite is 24 months from purchase, however due to the nature of the product, it will slowly start to lose strength after 3 months.

Yes, Sodium Hypochlorite is generally safe to use on Indian Sandstone, however the product must be diluted and tested on a small area first to check for adverse reactions.
