BAC 50 Power Wash is a 50% benzalkonium chloride solution designed for professional users. It is suitable for treating biological growth, including algae, mould and lichen on roofs, render, cladding, patios and other exterior hard surfaces. When diluted and applied correctly, the product provides fast-acting control of organic contaminants, allowing treated areas to self-clean over time.
Directions of use
To avoid risks to human or animal health, or the environment, comply with the instructions for use. Dilute with clean water before application. Apply evenly using a low-pressure sprayer or soft brush. Once diluted, apply at approximately 4m² per litre. Leave the product to work and allow the surface to weather naturally.
Recommended starting dilutions: Render & Roof Slates/Tiles: 1:20 (1 part product to 20 parts water) Ground Surfaces: 1:30 (1 part product to 30 parts water).

Important note: Where areas are regularly accessed by animals or children, apply product, allow at least 1 hour contact time, then rinse thoroughly. Performance depends on factors such as surface porosity, shade, temperature, organic load, and environmental conditions.

Avoid excessive contamination of coveralls. Do not contaminate foodstuffs, eating utensils or food contact surfaces.

Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after use.

Avoid contact with ponds, waterways, and vegetation.

Application rate: 1:20 parts water for render & roof sale/ tiles, 1:30 parts water for hard ground surfaces. 1L of diluted product per 4m² (250 ml/m²).
