Directions for use
Black Spot Remover is a concentrated product and can be diluted from 1:2 up to 1:1, depending on the surface.
For best results, follow these steps:
1. Preparation:
Remove any loose dirt and debris so the area is smooth and ready for
application. We recommend pressure washing before application.
2. Application Process (3 Steps):
Step 1: Apply an even layer of product to the affected area by spraying horizontally.
Step 2: Repeat the process, spraying vertically.
Step 3: Finish by spraying around the edges until the area is fully saturated.
3. Let the Product Work:
Leave the solution on the surface for 45-60 minutes. If the
surface starts to dry out, apply more product to keep it wet. If it dries out, the cleaning
process will stop. Agitate the solution with a soft-bristled brush for best results.
4. Rinse Thoroughly: After 45-60 minutes, clean the area with a jet wash.
5. Repeat if Necessary: Some black spots may be deeply embedded, depending on
their age and surface type. If any remain after the initial treatment, repeat the
process, a second application will fully eradicate them.

After use, discard safely any unused solution. Add a little detergent and some warm (not hot) water to the sprayer and spray some of the contents through. Repeat with cold water. Check that the nozzle and the grooves in the nozzle spindle are free from sediment.

Important notes
When operating with the product, the following precautions should be taken:
Protective clothing such as gloves, goggles, boots and overalls should be worn.
Adequate ventilation is required when using chemicals in confined spaces.
When using flammable materials; cigarettes, naked flames and other sources of ignition should be carefully controlled.
Before undertaking any cleaning operation, a trial should be carried out on a small, preferably inconspicuous area, to determine the effect of the chemicals before treating a large area.
Keep people & pets away from treated areas for at least 48 hours.
Not suitable for use on lawns, flowerbeds, vegetable plots, or near trees/shrubs.

contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

P501: Dispose of contents and container to an approved waste disposal plant.

Been looking for ages for a decent black spot remover. I forgot to take before pictures but my Indian Sandstone patio had lost all its colour and was covered all over with black spot, including the edge stones. Mixed at 1:1 due to the severity of it, left it for 45 minutes while keeping it topped up when patches dried out. Was amazed to see the black spots turning white! Power washed after and apart from a couple of tiny bits it had all gone and the colour came back as well. Would highly recommend
Tried this on black spot on our patio stoned and while it cleaned the stone, black spots remain. We did use Liquipak patio cleaner prior to black spots remain remover which worked well. Please see photos of treated v untreated, it has cleaned up previously treated stones a little more but this was used neat

I’m calling you guys next week as I have a question about the product and whether it would remove algae on coloured render. It splashed up against the render and the render where it hit, looks incredible but we don’t want to do all the walls until we’ve spoken to you, also, does it harm PVC?
I use this product regularly, and is my go-to for limestone and stone patios. Gives great, consistent results. Don’t let it dry out, constantly mist the area to be cleaned, agitate and be patient! Great price, customer service and free delivery. I would recommend Liquipak 👍
I have always pressure washer our patio but there was always black marks left on it. After some research I found it was black spot and thought I would give removing it ago. Liquipak came up in search and with free postage it was a winner. The results were very good on a 35 year old pale red patio spraying the remover on and leaving it an hour the black spot faded away. A few stubborn spots were treated a second time and then gone. I ordered 2 5 litres and did the main patio, a small round patio, the stone lawn edging and stepping stones through the garden and still have 3/4 of the second container left. Would definately use and order from Liquipak again. Slight bleach smell after using was noticeable but this soon disappeared and fingers crossed the black spot does not return in the near future.

Works really well. Got rid of green algae and black spot with minimum effort. After a quick power wash the slabs came up really bright

Halfway through doing the front drive and the results are amazing once again highly recommend this stuff. I’m doing a 3 to one solution leaving 45 minutes agitating with a brush in between and it’s working amazingly.

This Black Spot Remover is a great product. I have been using it for a while now, and it's made a massive impact on my front path. For 12 years it's was heavily covered in black spots, dirt, weeds and just general weather grime. After getting it jet washed it looked better but needed some help to getting it to look brand new again - and this is what I've used. It's worked amazingly on all the darkened areas and has stopped it reoccurring in these places. Thank you Liquipak for creating such an excellent product 😀
