As of October 1, 2023, this product is a reportable substance under The Control of Explosives Precursors and Poisons Regulations 2023. This applies to all Sodium Hypochlorite solutions containing more than 6% available chlorine. Any suspicious activity should be reported. 
This product cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 18. 

Magic Patio Cleaner is a powerful and effective cleaner for outdoor surfaces. Directions for use:

Before applying, remove any loose dirt and debris, then wet the surface with water. For 
general cleaning, dilute one part cleaner with up to four parts water (1:4), or mix at a 1:2 ratio for heavy-duty cleaning.

Apply the solution evenly, ensuring the surface remains wet throughout the process, and work it in with a brush for best results. If the area begins to dry, re-wet it to maintain the cleaning action. Allow the solution to sit for approximately 45 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. For stubborn stains, repeat the process as needed. Avoid contact with plants, fabrics, and untreated surfaces, and always wear protective gloves and goggles while using the product. 

A patch test is advised before cleaning. Apply the product to a small, inconspicuous area to assess its effect before treating a larger surface. 

Important Notes: 

This product is not for use on lawns, flowerbeds, vegetable plots or around trees and shrubs.  Keep people and pets away from the treated area for 2 days. 

When operating with the product, the following precautions should be taken:

-Protective clothing such as gloves, goggles, boots and overalls should be worn.

-Adequate ventilation is required when using chemicals in confined spaces.

P301+P330+P331 – IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. 
P303+P361+P353 – IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower. 
P304+P340 – IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. 
P305+P351+P338 – IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove 
contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. 
P308+P313 – IF exposed or concerned: Get medical attention. 
P404 – Store in a closed container. 
P501 – Dispose of contents and container to an approved waste disposal plant. 
EUH031 – Contact with acids liberates toxic gas.
