Directions of use
Mix one litre of Patio Cleaner with five litres of water for an effective solution! Use a pressure sprayer or watering can to apply, agitate with a brush, let sit for an hour, then rinse off with a brush or a pressure washer.
For more stubborn stains, the advised dilution ratio can be increased. The product must be used on dry surfaces with no rain forecast for at least 8 hours.

Equipped with an adjustable nozzle, safety pressure release valve, and locking pump handle, this sprayer is your perfect companion for all your outdoor projects. The lightweight lance with trigger and trigger lock allows for easy handling and precise spraying. Don't forget to take advantage of the included carry strap for added convenience!
After use, discard safely any unused solution. Add a little detergent and some warm (not hot) water to the sprayer and spray some of the contents through. Repeat with cold water. Check that the nozzle and the grooves in the nozzle spindle are free from sediment.
Important notes
When using chemicals, protective clothing such as gloves, goggles, boots and overalls should be worn.
Adequate ventilation is required when using chemicals in confined spaces.
When using flammable materials; cigarettes, naked flames and other sources of ignition should be carefully controlled.
When diluting acids, always add acid to water and not water to acid.
Any clothing that is contaminated with chemicals should be disposed of safely.
When using any chemicals, care must be taken not to damage, contaminate or stain any adjoining materials, landscaping or finishes.
Care must be taken to protect personnel operating in the area of the cleaning from any injury or hazard created by the cleaning. The appropriate First Aid must be available.
Before undertaking any cleaning operation, a trial should be carried out on a small, preferably inconspicuous area, to determine the effect of the chemicals before treating a large area.

H411: Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
P234: Keep only in original packaging.
P260: Do not breathe fume.
P262: Do not get in eye, on skin, or on clothing.
P301+P330+P331: IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT include vomiting.
P304+P341: IF INHALED: if breathing is difficult, remove victim to fresh air and keep at res in a position comfortable for breathing.
P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
Having followed the instructions on the bottle I found that product wasn’t very good.
I was told that if I ordered before 1pm I would receive my order the next day - delivery took 5 days !

Sodium Hypochlorite is used for more stubborn stains. The recommended dilution ratio is 5:1 however, the dilution ratio can be increased if needed.
The shelf life of Sodium Hypochlorite is 24 months from purchase, however due to the nature of the product, it will slowly start to lose strength after 3 months.
Yes, Sodium Hypochlorite is generally safe to use on Indian Sandstone, however the product must be diluted and tested on a small area first to check for adverse reactions.
