Recommended Dilutions
- Render & Roof Slates/Tiles: 1:20 (1 part BAC50 to 20 parts water)
- Hard Ground Surfaces (patios, driveways): 1:30 (1 part BAC50 to 30 parts water)
- Application rate: 1 litre of diluted solution per 4m² (250ml/m²)
How to Use
- Dilute with clean water to the appropriate ratio before application.
- Apply evenly using a low-pressure sprayer or soft brush.
- Leave the product to work — allow the surface to weather and self-clean naturally.
- Where areas are regularly accessed by animals or children: apply, allow at least 1 hour contact time, then rinse thoroughly.
Performance depends on surface porosity, shade, temperature, organic load, and environmental conditions.

- For use as a surface biocide only. Read all precautions before use.
- COSHH Regulations 2002 (as amended) apply to use of this product at work.
- Users must comply with all legal responsibilities under the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 (as amended).
- It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure they have appropriate training, competence, and PPE required to use professional-grade biocides safely.
- Avoid excessive contamination of coveralls. Do not contaminate foodstuffs or food contact surfaces.
- Keep away from treated surfaces until dry.
- Avoid contact with ponds, waterways, and vegetation.
- Do not mix with other chemicals.
- Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after use.
- Dispose of material and container in a safe way.

Sodium Hypochlorite is used for more stubborn stains. The recommended dilution ratio is 5:1 however, the dilution ratio can be increased if needed.

The shelf life of Sodium Hypochlorite is 24 months from purchase, however due to the nature of the product, it will slowly start to lose strength after 3 months.

Yes, Sodium Hypochlorite is generally safe to use on Indian Sandstone, however the product must be diluted and tested on a small area first to check for adverse reactions.
